In a Monday go to to “The MMA Hour,” former WWE star Jake Hager – higher referred to as Jack Swagger – introduced he’ll be transferring from the squared circle to the Bellator cage. The 35-year-old will make his cage combating debut as a heavyweight in 2018.

Hager wrestled on the College of Oklahoma, reaching All-American honors for the 2006 season in a bracket which included former Bellator heavyweight champion Cole Konrad and ex-UFC titleholder Cain Velasquez. He signed with WWE after school and competed for the group and several other of its associates for over a decade earlier than parting methods with the corporate this previous March.
